All services are provided by Carla Hanreck, a qualified holistic therapy practitioner with 25+ years of experience. Services may be offered in-person at our London clinic or online via video consultation.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Disclose any health conditions, medications, or treatments you are currently receiving
• Inform us of any pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
• Follow practitioner recommendations during sessions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Certain conditions may require medical clearance before we can provide services.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time for your sessions to receive the full benefit.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
